North Carolina Youth Rugby Union, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is a State Based Rugby Organization operating under the auspices of USA RUGBY, the governing body for rugby, which is a member of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC)and the International Rugby Board (IRB). NCYRU is tasked with the development of youth rugby in North Carolina.
